The young calves born between January and February unite with their parents as they prepare for the great migration. If you are in the western or the central part of Serengeti you stand a great chance of witnessing the movement as they head to Masai Mara and Northern Serengeti. Words are not enough to narrate the Serengeti magic. You will be viewing and listening to the buzzing sounds of millions of wildebeest all over.
Ngorongoro Crater has much in store for you. Seeing the Crater is part of the spectacle. Watch the largest tusker elephants in the continent. Here there are numerous lions, hyenas, and leopards. Witness beautiful zebras, buffalos, and wildebeests. Ngorongoro is also a birding paradise boasting over 400 species. Other animals to spot include; the Thompson’s gazelle, serval cat, bat-eared foxes, Grants, serval cat, jackal, and cheetah. Despite its size the place has a high concentration of animals.
Tarangire National Park has attractive gigantic baobab trees, highest number of elephants, and features a wildlife migration. The vegetation include; the mixed acacia woodlands, aquatic forest, and the ribbons. Spot animals like; elephants, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and hartebeest.
