17 Days Grand African Safari

In this itinerary we mainly target those that have visited the continent for the first time. You will tour five countries in Africa; Kenya, Rwanda, Zambia, and South Africa. At the Volcanoes Mountain in Rwanda encounter primates in the wild. It is one of the humbling encounters. It is an awe-inspiring experience to witness the male silverback. Gorillas are brave and unlike other animals they will recognize your presence.  Other activities available in the steep forest are; taking a trip at Musanze Caves to see the lava tunnels, Dian Fossey’s grave, the twin lakes of Buhondo and Burera, and the Gorilla Guardian village.

Masai Mara in Kenya has several bucket list activities for visitors.  The hot air balloon ride is a dramatic adventour, Afterward you can have a bush feast and drink champagne. The balloon excursion elegantly flies over the savannah granting a splendid view of the wildlife. Visit the Masai village to learn about the nomad way of life.  Masai Mara is home to walking safaris. The number of big cats is high. The Park pullulates with wildlife. The dramatic wildebeest migration takes place between July to October.

Your next stop is at Victoria Falls. It is a mind-blowing spectacular scenery oozing with grandeur at the Zambezi River. Witness the largest volume of falling water on the planet. It is a bird watching paradise. There are endemic species in the park. The list of activities you can engage in are endless. Adventure the fall on a jet boat, go for white water rafting, take a boat ride across the Zambezi River, Bungee jumping, fishing, game drives, and  swimming in the gorge. You will reside at some of the luxurious hotels with breathtaking views.

Visit the stunning Cape Town city and stay in a deluxe hotel with a fantastic view. Tour the blue waters of Table Bay, Robben Island, Camp Bay, arresting coastal beaches, and the famous Table Mountain. The city flourishes with arts, and has an exotic nightlife. Dine, feast, and drink at various eateries. You can also visit the vineyards.

The wetland of Okavango Delta in Botswana awaits for your exploration. The seasonal floodplains have a permanent marshland. It is home to several endangered species like the black and white rhinoceros, cheetah, lion and wild dog. The game drives are classic and you will easily spot the predators. Okavango Delta is a gem of the Kalahari.
