The Matusadona vessel is 28.6 meters long, and has a 6.85 meter beam. It can comfortably host six guests and a tour guide, so it’s an excellent accommodation for families, couples on honeymoon and small group travelers. The interior and exterior finishing is done using high-quality hardwood timbers, leather, and Egyptian fabrics, guaranteeing maximum style and comfort.

This spacious boat comes with three decks. The lower deck contains three rooms, all en suite with a queen size bed. Apart from the bed, each cabin is well air-conditioned, with a bedside table, a desk and a chair, a built-in wardrobe, and good lighting. You can easily access this lower deck through a lovely staircase from the middle deck.

In the middle deck, you will find multiple communal services, including board games; a book store, a TV, and a sound system, A few facilities on this deck are a washing machine, freezer, and microwave. The dining area is also found in this zone. In short, you will come to this deck whenever you need to eat, enjoy coffee or simply listen to music and have fun.

The upper deck offers a 360-degree view of Lake Kariba, so here’s where you should be when you want to enjoy the scenic lake Kariba views. There is an additional dining area on this deck, an entertainment zone, a Jacuzzi, and a bar!

Meals are well catered for in Matusadona houseboat. Breakfast is served at 7 am, lunch at 12.30 pm, and supper at 7 pm. The houseboat does not stay in the same place but sets sail to a new destination along the lake. All you need is to tell the guide where you would like to explore, and you will be granted your wish.
