Dumatau Camp

This recently constructed DumaTau, located deep into the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve, rests in the northern hemisphere of Botswana. Astoundingly, it has access to two crispy, transparent water sources; The Savuti Channel and the Linyanti River. One of the hallmarks of DumaTau is the unwavering number of wildlife species. This tourism attraction site lies on about 13000 hectares of land and deeply entrenches your incredible experience via close encounters with wildlife.

The camp optimally uses 45 kilometres of nearby floodplains to give you an unparalleled experience throughout your visit. It contains eight accommodation Tented suites. The former is equipped with necessary infrastructures, such as wooden walkways bearing private plunges adjacent to various wildlife corridors. The sight is astounding as it brings the animals you see on screen just a few steps away from where you'll be chilling.

The interior design comprises acacia wood, mosaic tile and native textile from the Linyanti cultural heritage. Additionally, there is an additional spa known as the Osprey Retreat, where you can enjoy your soothing massage as you fathom the infinite bliss of the camp.

Daytime and nighttime drives

Enjoy pleasantly captivating drives around the camp both during and at night. Engulf your surroundings with elephants that reside here, also one of the vast hers globally, as they crisscross the Rift Valley floor. While still there, enjoy glides past crocodiles and hippos or get to see a matriarch splash the river on their way to the other side.

Go boating

It would be best to look at DumaTau’s boat riding along the still waters as your surf for some elusive birds and animals living in these water channels. However, it would be best if you remembered that this activity heavily relies on water levels.
