The topography consists of rocky acacia hills, swamps, ground water forests, and lowland rain forests. You can explore the Selous array of fauna on a hike. The reserve also allows fly camping safari and walking safaris. Other activities to partake include; taking game drives, cultural visits, go fishing, and boat riding safaris.

Ras Kutani marks the end of your safari. The snow-white sand is based in the southern region of Dar es Salaam. The deserted beach is home to the blue monkey and you can spot kingfishers. The hidden gem is a perfect paradise for tranquility and relaxation. Ras Kutani is also a barefoot heaven. You can snorkel on the island or explore the sweetwater lagoons on a kayals.
